Update: What's New at Kid Buy Products

Hello again! I'm posting this Sunday for Ame who is spending some long-awaited time with her husband and family. I believe there are two birthdays being celebrated this week in her home as well. Happy Birthday Dozer and Badger and a big welcome home to your dad!

I'll keep it short this week. There's really not much new to report, although I did carry the last box to the recycling bin today. We've been remodeling our kitchen for the past 6 months. Finally, FINALLY it's over. There's just a little touch up work still left to be done, but we have a brand-spankin' new and much more functional kitchen. I guess this means I'll have no excuse for not cooking now.

Baby Ike had his 6 month check-up on Friday. Our little Tons of Fun or XXL which ever you'd prefer to call him, now weighs in at 21 lbs! I thought Nadia was huge when she hit almost 19 lbs. at 6 months. I love my fat, fat babies, though. As tough as it is to carry him around, I wouldn't trade one ounce.

As for what's new at Kid Buy Products, we do have another winner to announce. The winner of the Grobag Sleeping Bag was Alice H. who said, "My favorite design is the jungle one-thanks for the chance!" Alice, be sure to check your inbox for an email from KBP and we'll work out all the details. Thank you to all 103 people who entered our giveaway. What a great turnout!

The staff here at KPB will be taking the day off tomorrow to enjoy the last holiday of the summer with our friends and families, but will be back at it on Tuesday when we kick off our much anticipated Back-to-Preschool Shoe-tacular! We will be reviewing 15 companies and giving away 11 pairs of shoes over the next two weeks. We've been looking forward to this event for months!
