I like to think I am a crafty mom full of ideas to entertain my children with while making memories at the same time. However many of those ideas never make it to fruition. I know there have to be some of you out there that are the same way, please say you are out there! Yet this time I thought of it and accomplished it and am quite pleased with the results. A real craft project that will hold memories for us for many fall seasons to come.
Thus I thought I would share my crafty accomplishment. I purchased a wooden pumpkin at Hobby Lobby the year my son was born, so ok that was three years ago, but it is done now so quit laughing at me. I poured out green, orange and yellow paints and let them put their handprints all over the pumpkin. 
I had originally thought that they would just put prints all over it, but Dozer put his prints mainly on one side and Badger put her prints mostly on the other. I really like it so much more because I can distinguish each print and smudge. This way when I am old and they are teenagers and want nothing to do with mommy and crafts I can remember and cry into my apple cider ;)
My daughter is one and my son is three so this is really the first fall that she can participate in crafts so this pumpkin craft will always be special to me every year when I pull it out. I hope you can gain some 
incentive to get those crafts out and just do it. Do not let another fall go by without making a mess with the kids!
An exciting bit of news that I get to share with you is that our next giveaway is awesome and huge and is titled "Travelin' with Tots" - yes you guessed it we are going on a trip! A two week trip full of awesome items to win and wait there is more because there will be two awesome prize packages (yes that means lots of prizes for each winner) one focusing on car travel and the other air travel. How exciting! Ironically, we are about to travel 14 hours in RV to Iowa with 2 kids & fly to China, to return with a 3 year old (How many hours flight is that?) and then drive the 14 hours back with THREE kids. So, travel is upon us!!
Cute pictures of your babes! I loved arts & crafts, I hope we can do more now that we'll have a little girl!
