Review: Soul Flower T-Shirts

Do you have a budding little hippie in your life? Know a mom who likes to use her little guy or gal to spread the word about peace and earth-friendly living? From eco-friendly tees for moms and dads to some darling little skirts, shirts and hoodies for babies and toddlers, Soul-Flower has a whole range of products for the tree hugger in your life. In fact, the shirt that Lilly got to review actually said "TreeHugger"! Of course, her first question when the package arrived was "What is a treehugger?" which I was more than happy to explain! The picture is the little lady lounging in her shirt and "just checking the weather today" on my laptop. Also included in the package that the company sent was a little sampler CD of Bela Fleck music and a hand-written note- Things like this just make you feel like you have purchased something from real people who care about their customers!

The t-shirt was super-soft and seemed very comfortable. Upon further inspection I realzed that it was actually an American Apparel tee. After many washings at this point, the design still looks good and the shirt hasn't changed in size. At $20 a shirt, they are a little more pricey than your average t-shirt- Then again, there is nothing average about a toddler shirt that says "I Miss Jerry"! As I have mentioned in previous posts, one way that I help myself feel better about such purchases is to buy a style that is gender-neutral in the hopes of being able to use it again for my little guy. I will definitely do that with this shirt! They have many items that would make great gifts and I believe that Santa may also be making a stop at soul-flower.com to pick up a flouncy little to add to his sleigh (for Lilly, not for himself:) )
