Ohhhh! I Want to Try That! Baby Bed Blocks

Cold and Flu season. Kleenex, runny noses, sneezing, and one of my favorite parent catch phrases: “post-nasal drip”. All of these things equal bad sleep for everyone in the house because kids have to sleep flat on their back- which we all know means they cannot breathe. These Baby Bed Blocks by Spacebabies have me very intrigued.

Baby Bed Blocks appear to be a set of six hard plastic or rubber, stacking blocks that you place under one end of your crib’s feet. This raises the crib to an angle. The more blocks under the crib create a higher angle. In theory, this lets baby’s head drain which allows baby to sleep better, even if congested. Then, if baby is sleeping, and you are not listening to baby gag and choke, maybe even mom and dad can sleep too? While I do not believe there is a miracle cure to help little sick ones, this Baby Bed Blocks product sure seems like it could help! Since I am a worried grump when my kids are sick and I am not sleeping, I have got to order myself a set of these for when the inevitable arrives. For them and me!

Has anyone out there tried these? How were the results?

Nope, but they do look like they might work.
