A Few of My Favorite Things: Snap 'n Stack Organizers by Snapware

As my daughter gets older and older, her toys get smaller and smaller. I'd like to say I hate them, but honestly, it just gives me the chance to reorganize! I love baskets and bins, and my new favorites are the Snap 'n Stack organizers. I picked up my first Snap 'n Stack at Jo Anns last summer after Nadia acquired her first Littlest Pet Shop set. It's sold as a ribbon organizer, but I find it perfect for storing LPS because it has a smaller bin and a larger bin. The animals go in the smaller bin and all the accessories in the larger bin. They both stack together with little clips that are easy enough for my kids to undo themselves, and the organizers have awesome little carrying handles, too. The organization makes it easier for Nadia to understand how to pick up her toys, and for me to get it done quickly when needed.
Last night, on my weekly Target browsing trip, I came across a 4-tier Holiday Snap 'n Stack. Right now, two of the bins are holding Nadia's new princess and playmat set that her great-grandma gave her and her new Playmobil wedding sets. She doesn't know it, but her little brother is giving her some Polly Pockets for Christmas which will fill up one of the other bins. I'm not sure what's going in the fourth right now, but I'm sure she'll I'll find some tiny toys to fit in it perfectly. The rectangular shape of the Snap 'n Stacks make them easy to store either on a shelf or in a bigger bin. Plus, you can mix and match and interchange all the rectangles, too!

Snapware markets these little organizational beauties as craft supply organizers, but for any parent of a child 3+, you know that having bins for all those tiny toys is essential. The only thing that would make them better? The color pink, of course!

I knew you would love them Nichole. ;) I also just discovered that the ribbon holder is deep enough to hold Mr. Potato Head! I'm off to find a JoAnn store so I can buy one!

We decorated each compartment with stickers to match the contents. Maybe a little overboard, but will hopefully help Nadia keep her toys organized. Especially the Playmobil.
